Chair is the ultimate BOOty builder! Seemly simple but incredibly invigorating, it builds core strength, engages the glutes, and strengthens the legs.
Tips for enhancing your chair:
- Your toes should be visible when you look down over your knees.
- Relax your shoulders away from your ears to elongate the neck.
- With each inhale expand your chest and collarbones, each exhale drop your hips over your heels a bit deeper.
